Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

• You have [30] days from the date you received the product to return it.

• To be eligible for a return:

   

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must also be in the original packaging.

  • Include all tags, accessories, and any original documentation (manuals, warranties, etc.).

   

• To initiate a return, please contact us at: dustybender2020@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within [2-3 business days].

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund or credit.

2. Non-returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, or only under specific conditions. Non-returnable items may include (but are not limited to):

• Items that are perishable (food, flowers, etc.)

• Custom or personalized orders

• Downloadable products, digital files, or software licenses

• Products marked “Final Sale” or “Non‐Returnable” at purchase

3. Refunds

• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within [5-10 business days].

• Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we shipped the wrong item or the item arrived damaged or defective.

4. Exchanges

• If you would like to exchange an item (for example, for a different size or color), contact us at dustybender2020@gmail.com.

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.

• You may be responsible for paying the return shipping costs depending on the reason for exchange (see “Shipping & Return Shipping Costs” below).

5. Shipping & Return Shipping Costs

• Customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective, etc.).

• Original shipping costs are not refundable, except in the cases of our error.

• Consider using a traceable or insured method for returns. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item otherwise.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

• If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately (within [48 hours] of delivery) with photos of the damage or defect.

• We’ll assess the issue and will either replace the item, issue a full refund, or offer store credit.

7. Cancellation Policy

• Orders may be canceled within [24 hours] of purchase, before we have shipped the product.

• Once the item has shipped, you must follow our return policy for returns.

8. How To Return

• Contact us at dustybender2020@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

• We will issue you a Return Authorization (RA) or give you return instructions.

• Pack the item securely in its original packaging (if possible).

• Ship to the address we provide (you may wish to get tracking/insurance).
