Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unworn, undamaged watches and accessories in their original packaging with all tags, links, and included documentation intact. To start a return, contact us with your order number and reason before shipping anything back. Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus original shipping charges. Buyers cover return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or not as described — in those cases we cover return shipping and expedite the refund or exchange. One-of-one, sample, and clearance items marked as final sale are not eligible for return. Items showing wear, scratches, or missing components upon inspection may receive a reduced refund or be returned to the buyer at their expense. Please allow 5-7 business days after we receive your return for the refund to post.
